When you sign up you will not be billed until your free 14-day trial is up. You can cancel any time during your trial period.
Upon completing your trial period, your account will transition to a paid subscription, encompassing the monthly subscription fee and any additional usage costs that might be incurred. You can monitor your usage expenses daily through your account dashboard, ensuring transparency and control over your expenditures.

The services, pricing, and plans offered on this website are exclusively available to businesses operating within the Republic of South Africa.
When you sign up for your trial your account will be credited with $10 (about R190) free usage credits. The purpose of these credits is for you to try out your new AI Employee without incurring any costs. Once your free usage credits have been used up your card will be billed for usage - see "Pay As You Go AI Usage Costs" below.
AI Voice Agent usage costs on the "Pay As You Go" plan are charged at $0.14 (about R2,70) per minute of calls handled by AI. This may sound a lot but if your AI receptionist can save just a few deals each month, what would that mean to your bottom line?
Standard telephony costs apply for all inbound and outbound calls on your phone number, as per Twilio's rates found here. In Summary you will be billed at R0.19 / min of inbound calls on your AI enabled phone number.
Total cost of inbound calls handled by AI: $0.15 per minute (about R2.90). These rates apply to South African calls only.
Unlimited AI Usage is subject to our fair use policy to ensure optimal platform performance for all users. If usage becomes excessive or impacts platform performance, we may require an upgrade or adjust usage limits. For full details, please refer to the Excessive Use Policy section of our Terms of Service.

The "Unlimited AI Usage" feature will be applied to your account two days after your first month's subscription payment. Until such time, if you use up your free credits during your trial, your card will be billed for continued usage.
We will set up your account for you and help you apply for your phone number during your on-boarding call. Applying for your number does require documents and company information for FICA/KYC purposes.
Refer to the How it Works section above for details on how we train your AI agent. Done-For-You AI Setup & Training applies to one Voice Agent. If you want additional agents trained to fulfill a different task, a cost of R2500 per AI Agent Training will apply. You can also create unlimited AI voice agents by yourself if you want to.
